Productive, Communication skills, Flexibility.

Any advice for fresh grads hoping to build a career in your employment sector?

Brush up on your communication skills.

Can you give us an approximate range of the starting salaries at your company?

Applicants for our entry level pipeline programs, internship students.

We are interested to find fresh graduates or Associate 1.

Driven, Motivated, Innovative.

Any advice for fresh grads hoping to build a career in your employment sector?

Go to as many career fairs possible, do extra research on your area of interest.

Good academic records, Passion and good socializing skills.

Any advice for fresh grads hoping to build a career in your employment sector?

Achieve good results and be prepared for any interviews.

Can you give us an approximate range of the starting salaries at your company?

Xcelerate Program-  RM 3,500. Exec level: RM 2400-2700.

What are you expecting from this year’s Careers Fair?

Looking for more talents, and also candidates that can actually be part of team as the company is expanding. Next, to select the most suitable candidates. We hired quite a number of ex UNMC students and they are doing quite well. Therefore, we hope to have more of them with us.

What positions is your company currently interested in filling?

Business Analyst, Quality Assurance Officer, System Analyst.

What are the top 3 qualities that your company looks for when hiring fresh grads?

People who are committed to work, a team player, responsible.

Any advice for fresh grads hoping to build a career in your employment sector?

Be passionate about what you do. Knowledge is the key to succeed. Always hunger for knowledge.

RM 2.8k- 3.5k.
