FRESH: Kendrick Lamar, SZA serve African realness in “All the Stars” music video
You’ve probably heard this one before, but have you seen its brand new music video? Right out of the Lamar-curated soundtrack for the new Marvel film Black Panther, this track featuring SZA is just fierce all over.
However, a visual artist has come forward claiming that her artwork had been ripped off without her permission to be used in the music video – uh oh, girl. You know we don’t like plagiarism around here.

Dua Lipa’s “New Rules” hits one billion views on YouTube

That headline in itself says it all, but what makes it even more important is that she is the youngest female artist to have done so. Goddess.
And honestly I think I might be partly to blame for this. Oops, sorry not sorry.
In other Dua Lipa news, she is returning to Kuala Lumpur for a second time, bringing her Self-Titled Tour to KL Live on the 3rd of May – tickets are running out fast so cop yours soon with your CNY ang pao money ok? And think about doing yours truly a favour for all this GREAT MUSIC JOURNALISM by getting me one too yes? No?? HM.
Tell me why: Victoria Beckham denies rumoured Spice Girls reunion tour… but has apparently SIGNED CONTRACTS
Just a few days ago, she almost completely shut down the possibility of a five-Spice tour, saying to Vogue: “I’m not going on tour. The girls aren’t going on tour.”
HOWEVER, the Daily Mail have reported yesterday evening that all of them have signed contracts for a UK and US reunion tour, with wind of new music and the possibility of a WORLD. TOUR.
Oh my god I haven’t been this obsessed about a Spice Girls comeback since I *accidentally* watched Spice World three years ago. But like, I’m so confused. They need to let us know, man. They can’t DO this to us!
Rita Ora lands role in new Pokémon movie
After coming back as Mia in Fifty Shades Freed, the pop star-turned-actress has reportedly landed a part in Detective Pikachu, a live-action Pokémon-based film starring Ryan Reynolds in the eponymous lead role (!!!).
Details are scant as to what her character’s going to be, but you know. It’s Pokémon. You’re going to watch it. So there’s a hundred-percent chance that you won’t miss her in the film. We’ll wait and see.
Beachy keen: Beach House drops “Lemon Glow”
